Partner with stakeholders, providing commercial and financial advice to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term financial modelling activities.
Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Prepare business cases, scenario modelling, investment evaluations, and strategic analysis to support key organisational initiatives.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a large and complex organisation.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance leaders and provide commercial insights.
Advanced financial modelling, business case development, and analytical capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP, budgeting, planning, or BI systems.
CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion) with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Experience within the Health sector
Understanding of activity-based funding, costing methodologies, and reporting requirements.
