About Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded retail and food/beverage organisation with a substantial national footprint.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and sites
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
- Process new starters, terminations, leave, adjustments and final pays
- Maintain and administer payroll and time & attendance systems
- Perform payroll reconciliations, reporting and month-end activities
- Manage STP, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and statutory obligations
- Partner with Finance, HR and operational stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support payroll system enhancements, integrations and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a multi-site or multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements
- Excellent reconciliation skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- Experience within FMCG, retail, food services, or similar environments will be highly regarded
- Employment Hero or similar systems experience will be highly regarded
