LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider supporting people with disability through therapy and assessment services delivered at home, in the community and via telehealth.

We're looking for a Board-Approved Supervisor and experienced Psychologist to lead, coach and grow a team of provisional and registered psychologists. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is purely a clinical leadership role with a reduced caseload, helping drive quality outcomes, clinician development and team success.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of 10 psychologists
• Provide clinical supervision, report reviews and practice support
• Drive team performance, engagement and professional development
• Support onboarding, retention and workforce growth
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload

What We're Looking For

• General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• Board-Approved Supervisor status (essential)
• Experience supervising and developing clinicians
• Previous leadership or senior clinician experience
• Strong NDIS and disability sector knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
