Finishing Supervisor - Lifestyle Developments (Metro WA)

Take on a Finishing Supervisor role overseeing the final stages of single‑storey steel‑frame homes within lifestyle developments across metro Perth. Each site includes its own commercial/communal building, giving you a mix of residential finishing and light commercial touch‑ups.

You’ll manage the finishing phase, drive defect closure, coordinate trades, and deliver a polished product ready for handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finishing Oversight — Manage internal and external finishing works across steel‑frame homes.
• Commercial Touch‑Ups — Oversee finishing and minor defect works within each site’s communal/commercial building.
• Defect Management — Identify, track, and close out defects quickly and professionally.
• Trade Coordination — Keep trades moving and maintain finishing schedules.
• Client Handover — Deliver a smooth, well‑presented handover experience.
• Site Safety — Maintain safe, tidy sites during the finishing phase.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in finishing, maintenance, or site supervision within residential construction.
• Understanding of steel‑frame construction (preferred but not essential).
• Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering a high‑quality product.
• Ability to juggle multiple metro sites with both residential and small commercial components.
• Confident communicator with a solutions‑focused mindset.
