Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a global healthcare business due to business growth. In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting customers via phone and email
• Processing sales orders, returns, and credits via SAP
• Providing quotes and assist with stock availability
• Coordinating logistics requirements for timely delivery of sales orders
• Providing administration support to customers and internal project engineers

About You

• Proven experience in an office based customer service, call centre, administration, internal sales, or logistics role
• Must have SAP experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities
