And we’re looking for an experienced Full Time Gaming Supervisor to join our opening leadership team and help bring it all to life.

This isn’t just another gaming floor. You’ll be joining from day one, helping set the standards, build the culture and create an experience that keeps our guests coming back.

Lead the gaming floor and keep things running smoothly

Deliver a welcoming, safe and seriously good guest experience

Coach, support and lead your team during busy shifts

Keep compliance, responsible gambling and venue standards front of mind

Work alongside the broader venue leadership team across a huge multi level operation

Know what’s happening on the floor and step up when your team needs you

Help establish the standards and culture of a brand new venue from opening day

What You’ll Bring

You’ve got solid gaming experience and you’re ready to take ownership of a shift.

You know that great gaming service is about more than the machines. You build relationships with guests, know your regulars and create an environment that feels welcoming every time they walk through the door.

You’re confident leading people, comfortable having conversations when standards slip and know how to keep your cool when the venue gets busy.

You’ll also have the relevant Victorian gaming and responsible service certifications required for the role.
