Take the lead on services delivery for a major Canberra hospital project with Multiplex.

We are looking for an experienced

Services Manager to join our Northside Hospital team and lead the coordination and delivery of building services across this significant project.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for services from design and installation through to testing, commissioning and handover. You will work collaboratively across the project team, providing strong technical leadership while driving safety, quality, programme and subcontractor performance.

You will also lead and mentor the services team and develop strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure services are coordinated effectively and delivered to the highest standard.

As an experienced Services Manager on large scale commercial projects, you will also have:

• Tertiary qualifications in HVAC Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building OR equivalent trade qualifications.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in the installation of building services across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and fire.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and OH&S legislation.
• Previous experience on large scale projects is advantageous.
