In your day to day work you'll be the backbone that keeps Australia connected, delivering end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenance, you'll see the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer. About The Candidate

Be the friendly face, confident voice and skilled hands working on the ground and in communities to bring Australians closer together each day., To thrive in this role, you'll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You'll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job. Ideal candidates for this role will have an ACMA license preferably with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications and draw on their dedication, drive, and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity and solutions with a smile every day.

What You'll Put In

Current Driver's License
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Approachable and caring attitude to customer service
Passion for problem-solving
An appetite for challenge
Comfortability working to tight deadlines
Confidence to act with autonomy, integrity, and pace under pressure
Availability to work required hours within the 7am - 7pm timeslot and travel to areas of work away from your nominal place of residence where required
