The Opportunity

• Tremendous opportunity for an experienced (preferably CPV) Residential Valuer to Value residential property across Hobart and surrounding areas
• Take ownership of your geographical patch and manage your workload independently
• Benefit from strong relationships with all major lenders, ensuring a consistent workflow and reliable fee income.
• Work autonomously while remaining connected to the support and expertise of our broader Valuations team

About You

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
• Experienced within the Australian residential valuations market
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver accurate valuations with minimal supervision
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
