Salary: $99,237.93 - $114,123.62 per annum + 12% superannuation

Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Human Resources Team is seeking a Learning & Development Officer.
Purpose
The Learning & Development Officer works collaboratively with the Human Resources team and key stakeholders across Council to plan, coordinate and deliver a range of learning and development initiatives that build workforce capability, strengthen organisational culture, and enhance employee engagement.
About The Role
- Source, engage and evaluate external learning and development providers to deliver specialised, compliant and accredited training solutions
- Use a range of digital platforms, systems, learning technologies and resources to facilitate employee onboarding and support managers in the implementation of induction and orientation programs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify organisational learning, capability development and employee well-being requirements, and design and implement targeted solutions
- Support the Coordinator in the design, delivery and evaluation of employee development, engagement and organisational capability initiatives
About You
- Certificate IV in training and Assessment or other qualifications in Adult Learning and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and the end-to-end design, facilitation, engagement and evaluation of adult learning and workforce capability development programs across face-to-face, e-learning and blended learning environments
- Experience in providing system administration support for Learning Management Systems
