THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We're looking for a qualified

Painter & Decorator to join our team and help give students the ultimate experience. In this role, you'll carry out interior and exterior painting across a mix of special projects (renovations) and ongoing maintenance.

• Prepare and finish surfaces to a high standard: cleaning, sanding, masking, patching, and applying paint or finishes by brush, roller, or spray, while following safety protocols throughout.
• Bring previous experience from a similar role in construction or hospitality, along with strong attention to detail, and organisational and time management skills.
• Work independently, ordering materials and prioritising your own work orders as needed.
• Take pride in your work and bring a great attitude to the team, enjoying the connections you build with residents and colleagues along the way.
