Role Overview As a Store Colleague, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding experience every day, helping customers feel valued, supported, and excited about our products. You’ll play an active role on the shop floor by greeting customers confidently, keeping displays looking sharp, replenishing stock, and maintaining high service and presentation standards. With a positive attitude, great teamwork, and a passion for helping people, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly and showcase the high standards we are known for. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required. Skills & Experience
