Role Overview

Lead SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solution design and delivery for an assigned client project within the Data & Analytics practice. Own the SAC workstream from requirements workshops through deployment, combining hands-on analytics development with technical leadership. Where included in the project scope, lead SAC Planning delivery in partnership with functional planning specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define KPIs, dashboard use cases, reporting journeys and, where applicable, planning requirements and user acceptance criteria.
• Design SAC solutions, selecting appropriate live or import connectivity, data models and consumption patterns for S/4HANA, Datasphere and other agreed sources.
• Lead hands-on development of optimised stories, dashboards, calculations, filters, drill-downs and interactive experiences using appropriate scripting where required.
• Establish visualisation, usability and accessibility standards; demonstrate prototypes and incorporate business feedback into the delivery backlog.
• Where planning is in scope, lead the technical design of planning models, versions, data actions, multi actions, allocations and calendar processes with functional SMEs.
• Design roles, teams and data access controls with security specialists; coordinate content transport, lifecycle management and deployment readiness.
• Own estimates, development standards and technical reviews; mentor developers and manage dependencies with data platform and functional teams.
• Lead data validation, performance tuning, testing and defect resolution; support user acceptance, training, go-live and operational handover.

Experience and Qualifications required:

• 7+ years of SAP Analytics and BI experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of SAC Planning, security, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
