Head of Marketing

We're partnering with a market-leading business in the assistive technology and disability sector to appoint a Head of Marketing who can shape the next phase of growth.

Supported by a values-led leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to define the marketing agenda, build capability within an established team, and influence business growth at a leadership level.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead a team of seven across digital, events, creative and marketing support, with responsibility for brand, demand generation, customer engagement, product launches and marketing effectiveness across multiple business channels.

This role will suit someone who enjoys thinking strategically but likes to stay close enough to the work to coach, challenge and elevate outcomes.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Develop and execute a clear marketing vision and roadmap
• Lead, coach and develop an established marketing team
• Drive commercial outcomes through effective campaigns, launches and lead generation activity
• Bring structure, rigour and measurement to marketing decision-making
• Build strong relationships across the business and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
