About The Opportunity

We are seeking a seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused

Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD) Technician to join our friendly Gold Coast team.

This Is An Excellent Opportunity For Someone Who Enjoys Working Directly With Patients And Takes Pride In Providing a Professional, Reassuring And High-quality Service. You Will Perform

  • BMD examinations while ensuring each patient feels comfortable, informed and well cared for throughout their appointment.
  • Confirm patient details and completing relevant safety screening
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Following established clinical, safety and quality procedures
  • Working collaboratively with radiologists, technical staff, reception teams and practice managers
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic

Our clinics are supported by experienced clerical teams and clinical assistants, and equipped with modern technology and a supportive clinical environment to help you provide the highest standard of diagnostic services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience with DEXA scanning
  • AHPRA registration
  • Qld Radiation Use Licence or the ability to attain.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
