• Work across broadacre, grazing, pastoral, viticulture, poultry, horticultural and specialised agricultural properties throughout WA.
• Build trusted relationships with lenders, investors, agribusiness operators and rural landowners.
• Leverage CBRE's market-leading brand, national Agribusiness network and research platform.
• Play an active role in strengthening CBRE’s Agribusiness Valuations presence in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality valuation and advisory services across a diverse agribusiness portfolio.
• Manage and grow an established client base while identifying new opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice to financial institutions, investors, corporate clients and rural landowners.
• Produce detailed valuation reports supported by robust market analysis and commercial insight.
• Contribute to the development and growth of CBRE’s WA Agribusiness Valuations team.
• Work collaboratively within CBRE’s national Agribusiness network.

About You

• An experienced Certified Practising Valuer (CPV).
• Proven experience in agribusiness, rural or agricultural property valuations.
• Strong knowledge of Western Australian agricultural regions and property markets.
• A demonstrated ability to establish trusted client relationships and generate recurring business.
• Strong commercial acumen and established connections within the agricultural, property or finance sectors.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative national team.
