What You’ll Learn & Do
As a Process Operator Trainee, you’ll receive structured training, hands-on experience and ongoing mentoring from experienced industry professionals. You’ll develop the skills and knowledge to:
- Safely operate, monitor and control plant and equipment.
- Carry out basic maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment isolations.
- Use hand tools and complete a range of operational tasks.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace presentation.
- Assist with equipment breakdowns and process improvement activities.
- Follow workplace procedures and safety standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Build the practical skills and confidence needed to progress your career within the industry.
