Lawyer / Solicitor

Our client is a registered law firm based in the Brisbane CBD, focusing on property and family law. We are backed by an established migration and professional services business with a long-standing presence in the industry and a strong referral network.

We are seeking a Solicitor to join our team with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Running matters autonomously from initial instructions through to completion
• Advising clients across property, family and general legal matters
• Reviewing and advising on contracts, documentation and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers and financial institutions
• Maintaining accurate file management and compliance processes
• Building relationships with clients and referral partners

About You

• Admitted as a Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Queensland
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong organisational and file management skills
• A genuine interest in building a client base and growing with the firm

Preferred / Desirable

• Experience in Queensland property law / conveyancing
• Experience with Family Law matters
• Experience using LEAP legal software
• Working knowledge of the PEXA electronic settlement platform
