About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the Site Systems and Training Team with daily administrative tasks
• Maintaining employee training records and competency documentation
• Scheduling training courses, inductions, and refresher programs
• Assisting with onboarding requirements for employees and contractors
• Monitoring compliance within site training management systems
• Preparing training reports and workforce competency records
• Liaising with site departments, trainers, and supervisors to coordinate training activities
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records in accordance with site requirements

What You Will Need

• Previous administration experience in a mining, training, or industrial environment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with training management systems highly regarded
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's Licence, Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
