Lawyer

We are seeking highly motivated Lawyers to join our Office of General Counsel.

As a Lawyer (APS 6), you will provide legal advice and dispute resolution services across a range of general law matters affecting ATO operations.

You will communicate with business partners on moderately complex legal issues, analyse and interpret legislation and policy, provide legally sound recommendations and contribute to effective legal risk management across the organisation.

You will exercise sound judgment, integrity and accountability, while working collaboratively with senior legal practitioners, to contribute to quality outcomes.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
