About The Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Working alongside a passionate team of Early Childhood Educators and Centre Leadership, you'll:

• Develop and implement a high-quality early childhood curriculum
• Plan engaging learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and needs
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the centre's educational program and practice
• Work collaboratively with educators to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the centre

About You

We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about children's learning and committed to delivering high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care.

You'll Bring

An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

Current Queensland Teacher Registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma And Anaphylaxis Qualifications

National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to work collaboratively with Early Childhood Educators and Centre Leadership

A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
