About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Government Recruitment Consultant to join our established temporary recruitment team in Adelaide. This is an opportunity to step into an existing warm desk with established government relationships and huge potential for growth.

You will manage end-to-end temp recruitment across government clients, building and maintaining trusted partnerships while delivering high-quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a temporary desk focused on Government
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders
  • End-to-end temp recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, compliance and placement
  • Proactively manage contractor care and redeployments
  • Stay up to date with government panels, contracts and compliance requirements

About You

  • A solid track record in relationship building, opening doors and business development
  • Proven experience recruiting within Government preferred (local, state or federal)
  • Strong background in temporary recruitment
  • Confident managing multiple roles and fast-paced deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of government compliance, contracts and panels is essential
  • Results-driven, organised and relationship-focused
