The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic

Production Team Member to join our team on a permanent Full-Time basis, working

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Yatala, QLD site.

This hands-on role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of our operation. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to ensure our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working hours are 8-hour shifts, with start and finish times varying between

6:00am and 3:30pm, depending on operational requirements.

About The Role

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor production activities and identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues that may impact production targets.
  • Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness by cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment.
  • Support line set-ups, changeovers and material handling to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build your skills across multiple areas of the site, including machine operation, cooler refurbishment and forklift driving (where licensed).
  • Follow food safety, quality, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG (beverage manufacturing experience will be highly regarded).
  • A current Forklift Licence and forklift operating experience.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
