Housekeepers to join our FIFO teams across a number of village operations throughout Western Australia.

These are permanent full-time opportunities for experienced FIFO Housekeepers looking to join established teams and work across high-quality accommodation facilities in the mining and resources sector.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll play an important role in maintaining clean, comfortable and well-presented accommodation for residents across our sites.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be the regular servicing and cleaning of resident accommodation, ensuring rooms are maintained to a consistently high standard.

You'll work as part of a professional village services team, completing scheduled room servicing while also supporting general village cleaning and linen duties as required.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced FIFO Housekeeper who takes pride in their work, understands the standards expected in a remote village environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a national organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Regularly servicing and cleaning resident accommodation
• Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms and accommodation areas to a high standard
• Changing beds and managing linen requirements
• Restocking rooms and housekeeping supplies
• Supporting general village cleaning as required
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas
• Following established cleaning procedures and standards
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
• Responding to additional housekeeping requirements as required
• Working collaboratively with the wider village services team
• Supporting the broader site operation when required

About You

We're looking for experienced FIFO Housekeepers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of maintaining consistently high standards in a remote village environment.

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced FIFO environment, managing regular room servicing requirements and working as part of a team to deliver a high standard of service to residents.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous FIFO housekeeping experience (Essential)
• Previous experience in accommodation, hotel, commercial or camp housekeeping environments
• A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• The ability to work efficiently and manage regular room servicing requirements
• Strong understanding of cleaning, hygiene and safety standards
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A current C Class driver's licence
• Long-term Australian working rights
• Ability to commit to a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
