We are looking for an Apprentice & Trainee Advisor to join our head office in Victoria Park. As part of a close-knit and passionate Early Careers team, the Advisor plays a key role in building strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and contributing to positive employment and training experiences for all stakeholders.

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to apprentices, trainees, and stakeholders throughout the apprenticeship and traineeship lifecycle. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring contractual and compliance obligations and funding requirements are met, and supporting successful training outcomes.

* Apprentice & Trainee Management - Oversee apprentices and trainees from onboarding to completion by providing ongoing support, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing retention risks.

* Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with internal teams, guiding them on apprenticeship obligations, handling lifecycle administration, and delivering prompt, professional support.

* Compliance & Administration - Ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy by maintaining records, processing documentation, tracking pay progressions, and updating systems promptly.

* Claims & Funding Administration - Manage, track, and report on federal and state incentive claims while liaising with government bodies to resolve queries.

* Customer Service & Stakeholder Support - Provide multi-channel customer service by resolving queries efficiently, collaborating on process improvements, and escalating complex issues.

* Continuous Improvement - Drive continuous improvement and team success by sharing best practices, optimising processes, and elevating the stakeholder experience.

What you’ll bring:

* Knowledge of apprenticeships, traineeships, employment services or vocational education and training (VET).

* Experience in an apprenticeships and traineeships support role.

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

* Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
