A Flexible Role, With a Team Behind You You'll join a multidisciplinary team of 11 clinicians, with experience across Psychology, OT and a range of specialist clinical areas.

It's a team that values flexibility and independence, but also genuine connection. Clinicians stay connected through monthly MDT meetings, Teams channels, 1:1 support, clinical and peer supervision, alongside face-to-face catch-ups.

New clinicians can also access shadowing and reverse shadowing opportunities, giving you the chance to learn from colleagues and get to know the team as you settle in.
