The Opportunity

As the Salesforce Specialist, you will join The Kids Research Institute Australia in a newly created role designed to maximise the value of our investment in Salesforce and support the growth of the Partnerships and Engagement Portfolio.

Initially focused on delivering hyper-care for the Nonprofit Cloud implementation, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption across the organisation. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimise business processes, and enhance the team's ability to engage supporters, manage relationships, and deliver greater philanthropic impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce administration, user support, data quality, and platform integrations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support the ongoing success of the Nonprofit Cloud platform.
  • Deliver Salesforce projects, continuous improvements, training, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and data insights to support informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide technical expertise, best-practice recommendations, and strategic support to optimise business processes and platform performance.

Conveniently based in our modern offices within Perth Children’s Hospital, this a full-time, ongoing position.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related field) and Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder), or equivalent experience.

You Will Also Possess The Following

  • Experience administering Salesforce CRM and supporting integrations.
  • Strong user training and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing data migration and system improvements.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and not-for-profit organisations highly regarded.
