- Manage end to end payroll processing across the organisation.
- Process employee variations, onboarding, terminations and payroll adjustments.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance documentation.
- Respond to payroll related queries and provide stakeholder support.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, employment conditions and policies.
- Work closely with HR to deliver an accurate and efficient payroll function.
- A least 3 years experience in payroll processing within a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and award interpretation.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
