  • Manage end to end payroll processing across the organisation.
  • Process employee variations, onboarding, terminations and payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to payroll related queries and provide stakeholder support.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, employment conditions and policies.
  • Work closely with HR to deliver an accurate and efficient payroll function.
  • A least 3 years experience in payroll processing within a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and award interpretation.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
