As a Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive ongoing support, guidance and a positive customer experience.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, coordination, stakeholder management and problem solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Coordinating delivery and resolving enquiries
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Conducting regular customer check-ins
  • Managing competing priorities and following through on commitments
  • Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems

This position offers a high level of ownership and responsibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being trusted to manage outcomes rather than simply process transactions, and likes a mix of customer service and administration.

  • Strong experience in a customer-focused role ( call centre, claims or insurance preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence handling sensitive or challenging conversations
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving capability
  • High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • A proactive and accountable approach to their work
  • Confidence learning new technologies and systems
