Senior Project Engineer | $75m High-Spec Industrial Project

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced

Senior Project Engineer to take a key delivery role on a $75m high-spec industrial development in Perth.

Working with an established and growing commercial construction contractor, you’ll join a well-resourced project team delivering a technically complex D&C project with significant civil, structural, services and building works.

This is a genuine delivery-focused SPE role, suited to someone who enjoys being close to the construction and taking ownership of major work packages from procurement through to completion.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving project delivery, including:

• Managing major subcontractor and construction packages
• Coordinating civil, structural, services and building interfaces
• Driving procurement, programming and short-term planning
• Managing RFIs, technical queries, design coordination and constructability
• Monitoring cost, quality, safety and programme performance
• Coordinating subcontractors and resolving onsite delivery issues
• Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and broader delivery team
• Supporting commissioning, handover and project close-out

About You

To Be Considered, You Will Ideally Have

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Strong Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer experience with a commercial builder
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial or industrial building projects
• Strong understanding of structures, services and construction methodology
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and complex work packages
• D&C project experience highly regarded
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
