About The Role
At Origin, we're powering the journey to a cleaner energy future. As Manager - Compliance Advisory, you'll play a critical role in helping the business navigate a complex regulatory landscape while supporting the delivery of reliable, affordable and sustainable energy solutions for customers across Australia.
This is a highly visible opportunity where you'll provide trusted advice and partner with leaders across LPG and, more broadly, across Origin's businesses to embed compliance into everyday operations!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering strategic, practical compliance advice across complex operations.
- Leading compliance incident investigations and corrective action programs.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen compliance capability and controls across the business
- Building strong stakeholder partnerships to embed a proactive compliance culture.
- Deliver meaningful compliance reporting and governance insights that inform decision-making
About You
You're a commercially minded compliance professional who can confidently interpret complex regulatory requirements and turn them into practical business solutions. You build trusted relationships, communicate with influence and thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
You'll bring:
- Significant compliance experience within a highly regulated industry such as energy, mining, oil & gas, transport, infrastructure or utilities
- Demonstrated experience providing pragmatic compliance advice that balances regulatory obligations with business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels
- Experience working with regulators, audits, investigations or assurance activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Tertiary qualification in law, compliance or a related discipline
