• Expertise in CMDB health, governance, and CSDM adoption
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in enterprise ServiceNow environments
