Who we’re looking for?
- Proven experience leading complex bids, tenders and proposals, ideally within property, asset management or professional services environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate senior leaders and subject matter experts to deliver successful outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling, client-focused submissions and pitch materials.
- Proficient in design and AI-enabled tools, with strong attention to detail, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
About The Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Bid Manager to join Knight Frank’s Growth function and lead complex Asset Management bids from opportunity through to submission and presentation. Partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts, you will create compelling, solution-led proposals that support retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple bids, ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered compliantly and within required timeframes.
- Analyse tender documentation to identify key requirements, evaluation criteria and strategic opportunities to maximise success.
- Engage and coordinate senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, providing clear direction and ensuring timely delivery of content and inputs.
- Develop compelling, client-focused proposals, case studies and presentation materials that clearly articulate value propositions and win themes.
- Establish and manage project plans, governance processes, reviews and approval milestones to ensure submissions remain on track.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of bid management frameworks, governance and best-practice processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
