Key Responsibilities
- Australian tax compliance including Income Tax, GST and FBT
- Monthly tax reporting and tax effect accounting
- Review of tax disclosures and statutory reporting
- Withholding tax and foreign tax offset compliance
- Tax advisory support to Finance stakeholders
- Process improvement, standardization and automation initiatives
- Audit support, governance and tax risk management

Required Experience
About you
- 2+ years' tax experience in industry or a Big 4 environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation
- Tax effect accounting and tax reporting experience
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to build effective relationships across Finance teams
Highly regarded
- Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience
- Power BI, Power Query or automation tools
- Experience in a multinational organization
- Exposure to finance transformation projects

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Australian and international tax compliance requirements, ensuring that all obligations are met efficiently and accurately. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous enhancement and modernisation of tax processes through innovative solutions and automation.
