Cyber Threat and Hunt Manager

Lead the cyber threat intelligence and hunting team to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and improve cybersecurity measures.
Oversee the analysis of security data to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
Coordinate incident response efforts and provide actionable intelligence to minimise risks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on cybersecurity activities and findings.
Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.

A successful Cyber Threat Intel and Hunt Manager should have:

Minimum 8 years' experience as a senior cyber security specialist, with deep expertise across threat intelligence, threat hunting, threat modelling, and both offensive and defensive security disciplines.
A strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Demonstrated capability in leading and executing threat assessments and threat modelling, translating intelligence into actionable security improvements
Hands‑on experience with enterprise security tooling, including log analytics, correlation and SIEM platforms (e.g. CrowdStrike/LogScale, Splunk
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Highly developed analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, board‑level stakeholders and external partners, while working autonomously
