Senior Property Manager
Barry Plant Mildura
Company Description
Barry Plant Mildura is a well-established real estate agency known for delivering strong results for property owners across Mildura and surrounding suburbs. The office has a dynamic, high-performing team covering both residential sales and property management, supporting clients who are buying, selling, or renting. As part of the broader Barry Plant network, the Mildura team benefits from extensive market reach, tailored marketing campaigns, and proven sales strategies. Property management services are supported by regular training, current market insights, and modern technology, creating a professional environment for team members and clients alike.
We're looking for a motivated, solutions-focused Senior Property Manager to join our growing residential team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio while also contributing to how systems and processes are built and improved. You'll suit this role if you're adaptable, tech-savvy, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work; someone who sees challenges as opportunities to improve rather than obstacles.
While this is a hands-on role, you won't be doing it alone. You'll be supported by a dedicated administration team, allowing you to focus on communication, organisation and proactive portfolio management.
Property management naturally comes with its ups and downs, so this role will suit someone who can remain calm, professional and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations. We're looking for someone resilient, adaptable and comfortable navigating change; with a proactive and considered approach to problem-solving.
About you
You'll bring previous property management experience, hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate, and be confident using property management software and technology. Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills are essential, as is a positive, professional and resilient approach to your work.
If you're calm, adaptable and want to be part of a team that values attitude just as much as experience, we'd love to hear from you.
We offer a lucrative salary package (depending on experience), plus superannuation, a company motor vehicle and bonuses that reward performance and effort. This is a Monday-Friday role as we value work-life balance and long-term team retention.
You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit and positive team, within a growing business where you have a genuine opportunity to grow alongside the company and help shape how the department operates.
