Project Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a quality Project Manager, who has the desire to work for a reputable and national Tier 3 full D&C commercial construction company. With a reputation for delivering excellence, our focus on projects ranging from $15M to $40M.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager. You will be involved in new build projects in the most part. However, time to time, you could be required to assist on Fitout projects in between New Build projects. The bonus is that you will have quality job security. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of one or multiple projects depending on size and scope.

The ideal applicant will either be an established Project Manager who has experience delivering new build projects, or a Project Engineer from the Teir 1 space looking for an opportunity to work as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects valued between $15M and $40M.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing new build construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in the $15M-$40M range.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Willing & able to work a mix of office & site.
