Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? We are seeking to appoint a Property Manager to be based at our Geelong office, servicing our Ballarat client portfolio on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to transition into commercial property management. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of two days based in Geelong and three days in Ballarat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
• Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
• Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
• Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residential property.
• Certificate of completion CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
