Join our Infrastructure, Cloud & Workplace team as a Software Asset Management Coordinator, supporting the governance and accuracy of software asset and licence information within ServiceNow. You will partner with Software Owners to validate entitlement data, monitor compliance and help optimise software utilisation across the organisation. This role will see you maintain reliable asset information, produce meaningful reporting and support software audits, reconciliations and renewal activities. You will also identify opportunities to reclaim or reuse licences while improving Software Asset Management processes, controls and data quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional to strengthen their Software Asset Management expertise within a collaborative technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern and support ServiceNow Software Asset Management capabilities, including data quality, workflows, reporting and workspace outputs.
• Maintain ServiceNow as the authoritative inventory and reporting source for software asset and licence information.
• Partner with Software Owners to obtain and validate entitlement data and coordinate actions arising from compliance and optimisation reviews.
• Monitor software usage, licence allocations, renewal dates and compliance indicators, escalating risks and required actions when appropriate.
• Support software audits and reconciliations by identifying discrepancies, reporting outcomes and tracking remediation activities.
• Produce reporting and insights covering software usage, licence positions, renewals, compliance risks and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to reclaim, reuse or reduce unused licences and coordinate reviews with the appropriate owners.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Software Asset Management governance, processes, controls and data quality

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, IT operations or procurement support.
• Experience using asset management tools or service management platforms, with exposure to ServiceNow highly regarded.
• An understanding of Software Asset Management principles, software licensing models, entitlement management and the software asset lifecycle.
• Experience maintaining accurate asset registers, licence records, entitlement information, inventory data or contract records.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to identify risks, trends and optimisation opportunities from software asset data.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational capability and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, together with a collaborative and proactive approach to improving processes, controls and data quality
