Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
• Select great tenants, manage leases, and run regular property inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople
• Prepare owner statements, conduct market appraisals, and recommend rental adjustments
• Deliver high-standard client service and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

Skills & Experience Required:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• 2+ years of residential portfolio management experience
• Current driver's licence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong dispute resolution abilities
• Client-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail
