Customer Service Officer

• Salary $70-75K plus Super (based on skills/experience)

Key responsibilities

• Taking and entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives
• Responding to general enquiries/complaints from consumers and clients
• Sending out price lists, credit applications and catalogues as required
• Advising customer proof of deliveries and ETA’s for their orders
• Supplying product and order information to customers
• Organising credits for incorrect invoices/short shipping etc
• Raising return authorities and credits for customers
• Liaising with the 3PL partner to advise stock returns, short shipments etc
• Liaising with the Product Development team on faulty items when required
• Processing of all majors account orders into Pronto and ensure orders are processed at the warehouse by the required dates
• General reporting where required on eg sales reports, indents, back orders and sales promotions etc

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience within wholesale sales customer service, and managing shared inboxes
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Order management experience essential and SAP experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and follow through skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solutions and problem solving mindset
