Parts Interpreter | Mercedes-Benz Sydney

We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitude Parts Interpreter to join our parts team.

Our ideal applicant will have a comprehensive knowledge of genuine parts and have previous experience in the role of a similar part within a dealership environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To

• Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide technical and product information to our customers
• Understanding and monitoring effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory
• Working in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximize parts sales opportunities
