What you’ll be responsible for

Reporting to the Sales Manager within our Certification team, you'll own new business growth for ISO certification services across Australia.

• Build and manage your own pipeline of ISO certification opportunities nationally
• Convert inbound enquiries and consultant-partner referrals into new business
• Keep your pipeline accurate in Salesforce and your forecasts on time, every time
• Build lasting relationships across a network of 230+ business consultant partners
• Partner with our scheduling and finance teams to get every deal over the line
• Bring field insight back to the team to help sharpen how we sell

Who we’re looking for

You don't need an ISO or certification background — we'll teach you that. What we can't teach is sales instinct.

You'll bring:

• Proven sales experience in a business development or new-business role
• Genuine drive, curiosity and follow-up discipline — you chase things down, not up
• A customer-first approach to every enquiry, from first contact to signed deal
• Confidence working in Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Based in Sydney, with the flexibility to meet clients face to face when needed
