- Partner with business stakeholders to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data from ERP and planning systems
- Deliver consolidated forecasts, budgets, and management reporting that support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced technology environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify financial trends and risks.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to enhance planning accuracy.
- Provide detailed performance analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Assist in business case preparation and investment appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to communicate and influence financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- You will posses exceptional business partnering skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- The ideal candidate will come from a business within the technology sector
- This is a technology business, you must be familiar with 'tech jargon'
