  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Educate and support non-finance stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and finance processes.

A successful Financial Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are preferred.
  • A demonstrated ability to be able to build deep relationships with key stakeholders and influence them.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in the Technology industry is a must.
