- Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
- Support strategic decisions through scenario and commercial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Educate and support non-finance stakeholders on financial matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and finance processes.
A successful Financial Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are preferred.
- A demonstrated ability to be able to build deep relationships with key stakeholders and influence them.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the Technology industry is a must.
