Our Client

Our client is an award-winning private development group who have been in operation for 20+ years and have a healthy pipeline of medium density residential developments. This group are currently seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join the team.

The Role

Working closely with a Senior Development Manager, this role will work across the full development lifecycle on medium density apartment developments. With a secure development pipeline at varying stages, you will gain exposure to front-end design, town planning and construction delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, construction, or project management.
• Proven experience in the residential sector
• Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
