Maintenance Supervisor - Residential (SOR)

A well‑established residential builder is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee end‑of‑job maintenance, gapping work, and aftercare across single‑storey homes SOR. This role focuses on the 6‑month warranty period, coordinating trades, managing client communication and ensuring maintenance items are completed efficiently and to builder standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate maintenance works across completed homes
• Manage 6‑month warranty inspections, follow‑ups and rectification scheduling
• Complete and oversee gapping work and minor defect checks
• Conduct site visits, assess issues and organise trades
• Maintain accurate job notes, documentation and workflow updates
• Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams to keep aftercare running smoothly

What you’ll bring

• Experience in residential maintenance, supervision or trade coordination
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities
• Solid understanding of single‑storey residential construction
• Reliable, organised and confident working independently
