About the Role This full-time position offers an immediate start with an attractive hourly rate. Designed for high performers, this role provides a proven, seamless pathway to transition into a secure, long-term permanent salary package within a major industry brand. Acting as the vital connection point between clients and the workshop, you will manage vehicle repair orders, maintain clear progress updates, and ensure accurate service invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers to determine vehicle concerns, establish repair timelines, and provide transparent job updates
• Manage the quotation and invoicing process, verifying customer credit limits and explaining final service charges
• Create detailed repair orders, add job lines, and allocate work to technicians based on workshop capacity and planning
• Perform complete vehicle handovers upon work completion
• Collaborate continuously with workshop and parts teams to manage repair order workflows and optimise job efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a commercial vehicle or heavy equipment dealership environment
• Strong customer service background with demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities
• Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office packages
• Exceptional organisational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Heavy Vehicle (HV) licence is preferred, though not strictly required
