Job Description

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 150 properties
• Portfolio predominantly across Geelong with a small portion in the Bellarine
• End-to-end portfolio management
• VA support handling a large portion of the administration
• Manage your own leasing
• VCAT when required
• No Saturday opens
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

About The Candidate

We're looking for someone with a great attitude first and foremost. You'll ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years' current Property Management experience
• Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
• Strong understanding of Victorian residential legislation
• Confidence managing an end-to-end portfolio
• VCAT experience
• A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
• Ability to work autonomously from home
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Ideally based in Geelong, Bellarine or Melbourne's West due to the location of the portfolio
