You'll become a trusted finance partner to the CFO and leadership team, taking ownership of the group's statutory and ASX reporting obligations while helping drive financial excellence across a global business. Operating in a fully remote environment, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your workload while being part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

  • Lead the preparation of half-year and annual statutory financial statements.
  • Manage ASX reporting requirements, including periodic reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Perform group consolidations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and coordinate audit processes.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Support board reporting, investor materials, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, controls, and systems.
  • Partner with international finance teams to ensure accurate and timely group reporting.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Big 4 Audit or Assurance background, ideally at Senior or Assistant Manager level.
  • Proven experience in a Senior Financial Accountant, Group Accountant, External Reporting, or similar role.
  • Strong ASX-listed reporting and statutory reporting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS/AASB accounting standards.
  • Experience managing external audits, consolidations, and complex financial reporting requirements.
  • Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency reporting environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and international finance teams.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
  • Mining, resources, infrastructure, or industrial sector experience
